Apt is well for me. Kind of easy to move around.
This looks like a wonderful place to live, unfortunately you have residents who smoke inside and outside the building. Your resident loitering , selling drugs and smoking cigarettes next to bus stop and the buildings entrances. I believe your resident is loitering in front of your building to traffic drugs along with smoking cigarettes to close to the building and that bothers the public who use the Cherriots bus stop, i have asthma and that bothers me and makes me very sick. So mu husband and I called last week and was told there was a unit available mid December and to call back this week I did and was told no one had talked to us. We have a 9 month old and I will be without a place December 1st. The foster home i am in right now has an expired license so would definitely not recommend this place the staff were highly rude.

These are very small 1B and loft apartments. The high ceilings don't hide the lack of storage space or the fact that you'll be subjected to an invasion of privacy every 3 months, when the manager will tell you that you has too much personal property in your 1 small closet. The street noise is loud on the front side due to bus and car traffic, the back side is a bit quieter.
