Over the past five years my partner and I have happily lived in North Broadway Place with wonderful precious memories. The residents and outstanding staff make this complex feel like a neighborhood inbetween downtown with lovely gardens and fountains everywhere for a fair price. Bill the amazing handy man will always have your back if you need him no matter what changes the seasons could befall your stay here. Highly recommend if you're friendly and want to live in good company 💚🏡✨ pets make it all the better too !

Downtown Eugene is flowing with great restaurants, coffee houses, good shopping, excellent public transportation, lots of parking and a wide variety of good entertainment. Broadway Place is the best place to live in Downtown Eugene. You can quickly walk anyplace from here. Wonderful and attentive staff. Well maintained apartments. Parking right in the building. And very nice neighbors. Ponds, trees, foliage are all well manicured.

Broadway Place has very nice apartments for Downtown living and what is also great is the Management staff that works for Broadway Place. Two thumbs up!
