This place is AWFUL on wait times. Went in and ordered a basic sandwich and waited for 40 minutes. They delivered two of my same sandwiches to other people that came in off the street and sat down to eat in that time. Asked for a refund and had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes just for them to do that. Just left today an had a horrible experience. The front desk worker have a bad attitude. She threw me my food. Didn’t even show the pizza me. Very unprofessional
My parents and I visited Broadway pizza last night, this was our first time visiting and we were very disappointed. To start we had to ask twice for our cheese sticks, it seems these were forgot and we were given 2 orders. We ordered 2 different types of pizza. 1 for my mine my girlfriend which was good but my parents came 15 minutes later and was extremely burnt. Why would you allow a burnt pizza to even come out? It’s hard to say if we will ever come back..
