I can understand being understaffed, but the service was terrible. We were never asked for refills, our food took a very long time ( wasn’t very impressive)and the waiter never once checked on us after he took our drinks and brought our food. We specifically told him no to appetizers when we ordered because we said we wanted dessert. Instead, our bill was just dropped off at the table and he walked away. If you are visiting or live in Rochester area....they deliver to most of the area. food is always Hot and fresh. Bingo crowd is absolutely crazy. Come have fun and enjoy Happy Hour throughout BINGO
Great pizza but this was the 3rd time in a row that I have gone in for the buffet and had terrible service. Had to wait 10 minutes before even being greeted, was told they wouldn't make a pizza that we wanted. I will not go there again
burgers tasted like frozen patties. So called thick bacon strips were paper thin. Over-priced for the low quality of food.
Magic Joe was awesome on Monday night! He showed us (a group of 10 adults) some really fun tricks and wowed us. He is an expert at the sleight of hand! I would highly recommend seeing him!
We had a very disappointing meal and I wrote a letter and sent with it photos of our kalamata olives on our pizza that had long stems attached to most of the olives, branches even. Never heard back. CARE about your customers; coach your kitchen. It was awful. Prior to that, we came often and were usually very happy. But not hearing back from them (this was at least 6 months ago) turned me off for good.
We had a large group (about 30) for the pizza buffet. The waitress was very friendly and worked quickly to take our beverage orders and distribute! This was our softball teams for Rochester Special Olympics, family/friends. We had great choices from the buffet and we all enjoyed the magic act by Joe! We always enjoy Broadway pizza and will definitely be coming again! Thank you for being so accommodating for our large, loud group!!
Best taco pizza ever!!! Fab service. Great food. Cold beer. Loved the train. We’ll definitely go again.
