I had a very disappointing experience with New West Medical. After waiting for months for my son’s FDA-approved Cubby Bed, I was told twice in person that my insurance had denied the request. Something didn’t seem right, so I contacted the insurance company myself. They told me they had never received the prescription or prior authorization from New West Medical. I called to be sure my doctor called in the order for a rollator before going in, they verified they received it and said it was ready for pick up anytime. I showed up an hour later, they had all the paperwork ready to go, I chose a color and they showed me how to use it. Everyone was helpful and nice. The entire transaction was done efficiently and well. Thanks NWM for great service.

after half a year now we have waited for compression stockings for my wife,but have never got anything but a run around. better to have the leg doctor messure you and go to amazon and pay for them. you will never get anything from these people ( they specialize in disservice and excuses!) - or negative 5 stars.

They keep telling me that my diapers will be on automatic reorder and every month I end up renting out because I have to call up and tell them that I didn't receive them and then I have to wait two three days for them to be delivered and buy out of my own pocket. It was never like this whenever it was Broadway medical supply they were awesome. This place is terrible. They seem much more on point under the new management, but I do miss the variety of supplies on the showroom floor.
