They seem much more on point under the new management, but I do miss the variety of supplies on the showroom floor.
I was visiting from out of state and was missing a piece of equipment to make my CPAP functional. I went to New West Medical hoping they had what I needed. Not only did they have it, I was given a full mask/headgear set for no charge. Definitely unexpected and beyond appreciated! Nothing but good things to say about New West!
After 5 days of waiting and following up, I was unable to get a nebulizer as my blue shield insurance was not in network. I was happy to pay out of pocket. Ridiculous. Amazon will be here tomorrow. Absolutely do not recommend.

This store is the worse place I have ever tried to do business with. The employees are incompetent in that hey don’t follow up with their clients regarding prescriptions if there is a problem. I had a prescription for compression socks for more than 3 months, it was rejected because my diagnosis was misspelled, I was never informed nor was my doctor.
