RecommendedMy old oxygen concentrator died I had ordered it from back east. After searching on line I found that Broadway Medical carried them. My husband took the old one to them and they pronounced it dead. So we ordered a new one they told us it could take over a week it was here in just a few days. Jodi and the ladies in the office were very helpful. Jodi went out of her way to get it for us and take care of all the paperwork. I highly recommend them.
Sent us a bill for equipment that we never ended up using and returned, 5 YEARS LATE. During a global pandemic. And then threatened collections, when it was completely their fault. Horrible company.🤬
