Have had to leave multiple messages asking for my prescription to be refilled, no calls back or updates. Constant staff turnover has made this a pretty consistent issue. I can’t wait to find a new primary care when I get new insurance. (I don’t blame the workers, it seems pretty clear this has been a management issue. Workers have always been professional if overworked)
Dr. Knew I was flying across country to see him. Made the appointment six weeks in advance. They canceled two hours before the appointment saying the doctor had an emergency surgery and reschedule me for two weeks later. I pay cash to come out to see the specialist of the Oregon clinic for their expertise and Now I question that wisdom. That trip alone cost me thousands. Now I get to spend thousands more to go to see them again .
Since Broadway Medical was purchased by Oregon Clinic, the bills have increased by more than 50%. I saw a doctor in May, and the bill was $345. A follow up visit in June once they became Oregon Clinic with a Physician Assistant resulted in a whopping $726 bill. This is borderline unethical.
Truly love my doctor and feel like she cares about her patients. I have very complex medical issues and not an easy patient. Their office is going through a transitional period so there are currently long wait times for everything. Hoping things will approve, especially with answering MyChart messages in a timely manner. Also hope the improve access to medical records for their doctors to avoid gaps in care. Like I said, transitional period. Generally pleased with my experience so far.
