I just recently moved from Clayton Creek Apartments on 5255 Clayton Road. Just received my refund from my deposit and just can't believe how much I received back from the management company. I only lived there for one year and they charge me $700.00 for painting when the apartment were barely lived in. They charged me for utilities services for 54 days that were already paid before I totally moved out of the apartment. Smaller management company centered around great values and even better people, which is rare! I was blessed to have encountered Broadway Management Company and feel fortunate to know their team.
Shame on you to call yourself a management company by charging big dollar amounts from the deposits you hold naming for apartment cleaning for vacated apartments when the job can be done at very cheap.
