I stayed there 2 years ago there were people living in the units with pitbull and 5 kids. They were fitting in the parking lot and let the kids get in the pool and do what ever they want. The air conditioning barley worked!!! All in all I would never stay there again!!

They wanted a $250 cash deposit for a non smoking room...also we had two drunk teenagers trying to break into the pool outside our room then tried to break into our room. I had to yell at them to scare them off. I don't sleep well so this was very annoying. Cheap furniture and hard beds. Cable was good. That's the only thing I liked about the hotel. They had good cable TV. Lol
Nice place. Super awesome customer service from Peggy. She had a smile on her face when I called the evening before and the day of. She accommodated our needs with no questions asked. She is truly a gift!!!
It was small and cozy and the staff was extremely friendly. Felt safe and secure here!
Nice cozy place reasonable price just what we needed
I have traveled twice to Eugene from Medford. Both times I have stayed at The Broadway Inn both times I was 100% happy. First time I had me 84 year old mother with me, and my teen-age son. Second time just my son and I. Staff is awesome,friendly,and helpful. Nice to have a pool.100% value for the price. Also close to everything we had planned to do. Will stay there any time it is available.
The rooms were clean. Bathroom clean. Beds were nice. Host not very nice.
Quick check in but the room my husband & I stayed in is too small. The bed was hard as a rock. Cut our stay short!!
