Great service – I'm not sure what this other reviewer is talking about, I've always had absolutely outstanding service from Houston and Bob. They are very good with my older Subaru and have even recommended waiting to replace some items I had brought in to fix (after they inspected said it was 'ok' not to fix yet). I think they are very honest and reliable and look forward to continuing to do business with them.
Not Very Nice!!! – I called this company for an estimate on a car repair. I recieved a negative experience. The person I talked to on the phone was extremely rude and arrogent!! I did not go to there shop for service even though they had lower prices to offer then most other shops because they even went as far as to call me names over the phone when I explained to them that I wouldn't be bringing my car to them because of the way they treated me over the phone!!!
