I have had questions about our bill and for months have been trying to reach someone at the office. No one answers the phone and messages are never returned. I’ve called and left at least 10 messages. Communication is terrible.
Dr. Bullock is a great physician. She's always responsive to my medical needs and helps me navigate my healing sensibly.
Dr. Bullock is my favorite Doctor in all of Portland and maybe the world. She always makes sure I am taken care of and she is so smart and has amazing bedside manner. I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re thinking about seeing her, do it!
I was charged TWICE for services and items I did not get. They NEVER answer the phone and it took months to get someone to call me back who went on to apologize, profusely, for the first "screw up" and then offered me a free follow-up session with the doctor as a courtesy. Then, months after my "free" visit, I get a bill for it AND for the exact same things they apologized for from the first visit!
