It’s a lovely family origin building. Everybody gets along the neighbors at night the management and the maintenance people. They really help you out if you need it.
This building is remarkable,it comes with housekeeping, they keep it very clean. This is the cleanest building in North Minneapolis. I love the management and the maintenance. Management mean business, they get things taken care of. Maintenance does a good job with repairs. I love that it is on a bus line, I love that we have security. I love that the garage is well lit. Neka takes her job serious, her energy is amazing.I love living here because of how she runs the building.
I love Broadway Flats. I have lived here for 3 years. All my request get answered. The staff is always helpful. The facilities are always cleaned. My favorite thing about these apartments is the staff.
