I've only been there a few times, all late at night during rushes. Wait staff was taking care of everyone quite well and the food still got out quick enough (under 30 mins). I've ran a kitchen before, and nobody should go in anywhere expecting lightning delivery during a rush. Regardless, every bite was delish and lord do they know how to cook steak and eggs.
Really hard to beat breakfast at the diner, so I'll just keep coming back.
Everyone was really nice and the food was fabulous!
