This place has been one of the worst experiences of our lives. They will mess up your order and refuse to give you your money back or fix it. the food is a 1 at best and the service is definitely a zero. I will be reporting them for uncleanlyness and a criminal act of making us pay for food that was not adequate for human consumption. The law states that you only pay for what you are happy with and we most certainly were not happy.
My Wife and I came to the Broadway Diner last night after the Katt Williams concert for some dinner. It was our first visit and we got there at about 11:00 p.m. We were seated in a window booth right away, as it wasn't crowded. Menu was wide and varied. Unfortunately, after being seated we were waiting about 10 minutes, then 15 minutes, with no one even asking if we wanted something to drink or otherwise acknowledging us. I enjoy eating here, the service is great and the breakfast is delicious.
Love this place. Food is awesome!!! Staff is always friendly and very attentive no matter how busy -- never had better !!!
