Food was fine. Service was also fine. However, I ordered a dessert to go. I go to the register to pay and three employees are dealing with my dessert ( crepe brûlée). They have torched the top and run a knife around it to try to loosen it. They never in and start beating on it. It comes out in pieces. The bottom is liquid. I don’t want it. One guy disappears. Worst ever they did not get my order right and it's my problem. So did not want anything else so they charged me $6.00 for $2.00 worth of lettuce. Went to pay the bill, the so called manager couldn't even speak. Couldn't even tell me the total no thanks, just nothing. Even asked how much just to have have him hand me the bill again. Never again.
I go to the diner a few night out of the week, after work, I use to enjoy going after my first bad experience the owners fixed the problem. Now after 2 nights in a row I am very pissed at the night time management of this place. I found this place at night time rasicist people working here. which left my girlfriend and I feeling uncomfortable because we are a mixed relationship. Whenever we come to Baltimore we always make sure to eat at Broadway. Great food and great service.
Friendly hostesses good food just a little pricey. But worth it.
