Jan 2017 mine husband needed emergency dental work while an inpatient at EMMC. Dr Tozer came in to do what should have been a quick job, turned into 13 hours long. He ended up coming back to the hospital to get bleeding under control. The teeth extraction was a difficult one. But Patient, Dr and family all pulled through. His bedside manner and personality are TOPS!!!!! Thank you for taking duck good care of my hubby!!!!!
