Made an appointment to apply for an apartment through a community roots organizer 3 weeks ago. Showed up for it only for the apartment manager to say she doesn't have an appointment today, and she won't meet me. Called community roots again, they said they sent her the email for the appointment and it was her responsibility to reschedule if she needed to. She chose to ignore the email, not make the appointment, and not reschedule or communicate with anyone.
