Exceptional customer service from this management team! Maintenance is always done right away, and it’s obvious Ty and Tia are very passionate about their tenants!
Moving can be so stressful. It’s hard to fully trust that all of your needs will be met. At Hidden Ponds, you will be nothing but pleased! The landscaping, office staff, maintenance crew and cleaning assistants are all great. If you have a request, Tia is very quick to follow through! I highly recommend this complex!
Not only are these apartments new, but they are exceptionally clean! This is important to me, being in the cleaning industry.
This is a very new complex and I was very impressed with the layout and design of the property. I highly recommend it. The manager, Tia, was very helpful.
