Would recommend these apartments to anyone in any stage of life! I am moving back to Broadway into my third apartment there and couldn't be more excited - staff is personable and professional and are always attentive and on top of things. The units and layouts are fantastic - can't wait to be back in the "neighborhood!"
I love living at Broadway Commons! The units and building are so clean, and I felt immediately at home when I moved in. The property managers are super friendly, and they have really made my experience here one to remember! I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anyone searching for an inviting, hospitable place to live.
Broadway Commons is a great complex to live at. It is very clean complex and it’s location is great with it being close to I-94 and not too far from downtown Waukesha, all while being very safe and quiet. The apartments are in great condition and maintenance responds very quickly. Management is also on site and are extremely helpful, friendly, and kind, with quick response time. I would absolutely recommend living here. 5/5.
This is a great, clean apartment complex tucked on the Waukesha/New Berlin border. They have many layout options for you to choose from - there should be at least one layout that will fit your style perfectly. The neighborhood is safe - great to walk, run, bike, etc. - about a mile from a bike trail too. The property itself sits on a scenic piece of land with wildlife around you. Love the apartment and different layout options, staff is friendly and personable, appliances are new and efficient, rarely do we ever hear anybody even in the hallway, great location to basically everything, and the most “Home” feeling apartment I have ever lived in! it is such a great apartment complex and highly recommend to anyone!
