Roger is deeply methodical, experienced and attuned to his work. A true master when it comes to respecting, restoring and maintaining all kinds of clocks. We are lucky to have him in western Washington.
Roger repaired an old Durfee tall clock that had passed to me after 100 years of neglect, and then 25 more years of non-operation -- it was in sad shape. He completely resurrected the long-dead movement and chiming mechanisms -- a tall order. He straightened the pins that still remained in the "music box roller", and replaced many that were missing.
