While the salesman and finance manager were both courteous and professional during my visit, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency surrounding the vehicle I came to test drive. The listing on the dealership’s website showed the car with only 16 miles, but when I arrived, I learned it was actually a service loaner with over 3,000 miles on it. Way too expensive and over priced on 24 model. 3rd party estimates of fair value also agree. Also had the dreaded "dealer additions" they try to force you to buy. Not a great experience when you want a spec they have, and just want to pay market for it.
The guy I spoke with was very adamant about me coming into the dealership when I told him as a busy mom of 2 I didn’t really have the time to. He refused to give me any pricing on the truck I wanted so I purchased my 2025 Dodge Durango elsewhere. Wanted to do business with them but they did not want to do business with me before coming in.
