Amazing! – I had a massage from this place from advise from a friend, no hassles I called up got the time I wanted, walked in and bam on the table getting rid of all the tension. for about the next few days I could still feel it, and now writing this I think it is time to go back If you are having back problems and don't want a doctor who won't try to sell themselves out and do nothing for you then I would definitely try them. Doctors there are Kind, Approachable, AFFORDABLE and knows he stuff. I'M DEFINITELY A FAN!
Not Nice on Broadway – I discovered this company on Living Social to receive a hour massage and a chiropractic consultation for $35...GREAT DEAL...WRONG!!! Unfortunately, this place had a separate appointment book for "Living Social" customers which happened to be a 3 month waiting list. So for $35 I waited from June to September and on the day of my visit found out I was never scheduled. Finally Relief!!! – I met with Dr. Shave a couple of weeks ago and I finally after years of horrible hip pain feel much better. The staff was very nice when waiting and I feel the office is clean compared to other nyc offices. I have long gone to other chiropractors and finally I feel that bcw really took care of the pain.
Horrible Experience – I met with Dr. Jeffrey Klein for a consult and he was pushy, condescending and confrontational. It was definitely NOT something I was expecting from a doctor.
