RecommendedI got a split end hair treatment last night from Chelsea and I would so recommend getting one! my hair feels so amazing and looks so much healthier. I've already gotten compliments on my hair too! She's also very nice and easy going to talk too. I will certainly be going back to her in the future for another treatment and possibly getting my hair done.
