Had an awesome massage! My mother and I went together and both had a great experience. The steam shower was a great way to start the relaxing day off!
I go to Chelsea and have been to one or two others too, and all did a fabulous job with my hair and nails. I once was very worried to go short with my hair, so much that I ran and asked nearly every stylist what they thought I should do. They were all super encouraging and gave me great ideas of how to cut and style, and it turned out ADORABLE! I recommend it to anyone and everyone!
I called the spa for a facial that was $75 on their website. I was told that I would be evaluated at the time of my appointment. I ended up paying $190.00 for a facial. I did agree to adding some extras while I was being evaluated, but the cost was not discussed and I was caught off guard. I was also informed the prices listed on their website have gone up and have not been updated in 3 years. Better communication please.

When you go to a salon you expect them to listen to what you would like to do. Not something opposite, And DEFINITELY not fry the hair to the point of damage and breaking off. I have never seen such a poorly managed salon in my life.
