I have been living in 805 for almost six years, and I can honestly say that it is a very clean, safe, and wonderful place to live. I really appreciate all the staff members here. They are always polite, helpful, and accommodating. My personal favourite is Alrey. He is such a kind, polite, and hardworking person. I lived in this building for two years, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Visitor parking was almost always full, making it extremely difficult for guests to find a parking spot. The elevators frequently had problems and were often out of service. The BBQ room was also poorly managed, with repeated issues involving lost keys and access. After two years, I saw very little effort to fix these ongoing problems or improve the living experience. I am currently living at Boardwalk Centre, and I have had a very positive experience so far. The building is well maintained, clean, and provides a safe and peaceful environment for residents. The management team is professional, supportive, and always works hard to ensure that residents feel comfortable and secure. Unfortunately, our experience living in this building was very disappointing. During our tenancy, package theft was a recurring problem, yet management failed to take adequate action and showed little willingness to cooperate with the police. Instead of addressing residents’ concerns, the administration often seemed indifferent to the issue.
