Rudy goes above an beyond for maintenance and makes sure the job is truly complete. His service standards are exceptional. He is very friendly and always chats and checks in when I pass him in the hallway. His service is one of the best things about this building.
First of all nothing is perfect. But my experience here has been wonderful. This is an inner city building and has inner city challenges. It’s a place where people move in and out of all the time. However - In our unit we have no mice, no bugs, and it’s peaceful. The gym is awesome. Elrey keeps the areas so clean and it feels cared for. Matti is also a treasure. Thanks to everyone for making our home a place we like to come back to.
I want to give special thanks to Alrey for taking care of gym and keeping it clean every day.
