Alrey does a great job, he’s always very thorough and friendly.
It used to be wonderful to live here, but now… We pay for parking, but another car is parked in our spot, and we have nowhere to park. Recently, when I was still able to park in my spot, I was robbed, and the office doesn’t respond to any of these problems! No help at all. We are paying for someone else to use our parking. Also, there are mice and bugs running around in the apartment, and the office refuses to respond to that as well. Homeless people sleep near the windows and use the area as a toilet. I've lived in this building for 14 years and I have to say that a couple of the current staff are exceptional. Alrey is the custodian of the building and has not only taken time out of his day to greet me and discuss our days but also is very dedicated to his job and keeps the public areas of the building very clean. He is always cheerful and quick to offer kind words. I hope he is here for a long time to come. I also had an interaction with Rudy who's part of the maintenance staff.
