From start to finish, we were highly pleased with Broadway Carpets. Ellen was our sales rep. She was very helpful helping us select the carpet that best fit our needs and was highly responsive throughout the whole process. Plus, we couldn’t have found a better price for the carpet we bought. Measurement, disposal, and install was seamless. If we need to replace flooring again in the future, we will be using BC again.

We didnt go there so I don't know why this came up. We did drive past it, and it looked nice, but I don't know anything else about it.

Ellen was beyond helpful! She listened to my concerns about having two yellow labs and the damage they caused on the old re-engineered hardwood. She guided me to the 20 mil Shaw LVP and I got a great deal! It is stunning and it not only provides me added protection from the dogs nails but it makes the room look much larger and brighter. Broadway Carpets was an absolute pleasure to deal with, especially Ellen, my Sales Rep! She assisted me with the exact flooring I needed and stayed within budget. I had to delay install since I was having other work done on my house but that was no problem with them. Once installed they looked amazing, thanks to Ben and his crew. I will be using Broadway Carpets for all my future needs b

Ellen helped us carpet for our bedrooms and we are beyond happy with the results! She was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The installers (the Crow brothers) did an amazing job and were very friendly. I would recommend Broadway Carpets to anyone in the market for new flooring.
