I have purchased flooring from Broadway for three homes and my law office over the last ten years. This year I’ve had a true 5 star experience because we luckily met Ellen Barfield. When we walked into the west Knox store, Ellen stood up and walked toward us, smiled and acted like we mattered. She explained everything thoroughly and helped us move quickly through the process from purchase to installation. She also gave us her cell number and responded quickly to my text messages.
My builder used them to tile my house and the carpet. The tiling in my master bathroom is pathetic. I also paid extra for them to tile my shower instead of a shower insert and here are the issues 1. They never finished the job which was to caulk the surrounding of the shower 2. The floor pan they used isn’t installed right and the water doesn’t drain properly. As for the bath tub they, once again didn’t caulk properly and installed properly.
Wow! I am very happy with this company! The service was outstanding from the point of selection and purchase through the installation. Installers just left and were so efficient and the carpet looks amazing. Only regret is I didn't do it sooner! Love my new carpet and thank you Robin!!!
