Ellen was beyond helpful! She listened to my concerns about having two yellow labs and the damage they caused on the old re-engineered hardwood. She guided me to the 20 mil Shaw LVP and I got a great deal! It is stunning and it not only provides me added protection from the dogs nails but it makes the room look much larger and brighter. Broadway Carpets was an absolute pleasure to deal with, especially Ellen, my Sales Rep! She assisted me with the exact flooring I needed and stayed within budget. I had to delay install since I was having other work done on my house but that was no problem with them. Once installed they looked amazing, thanks to Ben and his crew.
