I stopped into Broadway Chevrolet on Ashland this afternoon with the intentions to buy a $30k-$40k truck. I am 29 years old, I pulled up in my rusty 2003 Silverado with 220k miles on it, and wearing my dirty work clothes.... not that any of that should matter. as I was pulling around the lot I had a salesmen stop me and ask me what I was looking for. I bought a car on July 15th a 2010 Murano, I had the pleasure of having Adam Burdsall as a salesman, he did a wonderful job getting us into a car that was reasonable, and practical for my day to day needs. He was not pushy and allowed me to come back on multiple occassions, until I was comfortable with the vehicle. He is not your average salesman and cares about your needs. I cannot say enough good things about Adam. Thank you Adam B I love the new car.

If someone is shopping for a car and looking but not going to buy that day why are you running their credit!? I asked if it would be a hard inquiry and was told no so I let it happen. What a mistake because a couple hours later I get an alert and lost 5 points. Thanks a lot! I’ve called multiple times trying to get a manager and no one ever answers the phone. My fiancé and I were buying our first car - always nerve wracking. The team at Broadway Automotive made it a breeze! DJ was awesome and made the experience fun. Highly recommend! We will be going back to them in the future.
