My experience trying to arrange auto transport from ******* to ******* was mixed. To begin with, I was not aware that most of the listings are brokers, not the actual shipper. Secondly, I didn't realize that the brokers use the same pool of drivers. The broker quotes a figure based on mileage and a number of other factors including a low but acceptable rate most drivers will accept plus their own profit margin.
