I was to be charged $400 to have a vehicle transported from ***** to ***********. They had difficulty in finding a hauler as promised and charged $1050 to get it here. I would like a refund if possible for the extra charge

He is an excellent communicator ensuring I was aware of everything happening during the move of TWO separate cars and TWO different times; this is why I am a repeat customer. Very bad experience! Paid $200 deposit to book a shipping of my car one month ago. Connected the agent one week ago for status and the agent told me No worries. Everything is going smoothly and as a plan". The day before the shipping date, he told me he couldnt find a carrier. Day has passed and still no update. Dont do business with this broker.
