If you’re looking for a shop that will do a thorough repair, this is NOT the place. My vehicle sat in the back for three weeks, unable to start. The shop kept pushing the service date farther and farther, gave me misleading quotes for service, and got irritable when I tried to understand the problem. I always came with kindness. The customer service at this station is A+. Though it isn’t a very big place, it has everything I need. I’m here every few days, and I’m always happy to see the staff. They really know what they are doing! Great mechanic, too!
Windshield wiper motor broke in the middle of bad weather. I was lucky enough to pick one up from the nearby o'reilly's. Came to this center because it was the closest place, and he refused to work on my car. He said he won't work on parts he didn't order. He didn't even look to see that I had gotten the exact replacement that the car needed. This guy likes to charge you extra by ordering the parts. Andy should retire today! He does not remember when he spoke to clients on the phone and what they spoke about, very unprofessional, and rude.
