We had been contacted by Broadway Apothecary prior to my sons scheduled surgery. We were asked if we wanted to order tetracain lollipops that unfortunately were not covered under our insurance. We spent 84.00 for them and was told they would arrive one day before surgery. when they had not arrived I called the following Monday and was told "They were overlooked".We did not recieve them till the following Friday and was not offered a Express shipment or any compensation. Since I started using their specially formulated lotion on my back, knees, neck and other areas for pain, I have been able to work and rest much easier for years. Thank you Broadway Apothecary for the help. I now call it my "Miracle Potion Lotion". Oh, and P.S. their mint candies aren't bad either. Haha
My husband has used Broadway Apothecary for several years with fantastic service and their pain cream is wonderful. Last spring I had to have a cancer surgery on my leg and I got my own prescription for the lotion to help with some of the local pain. Now there are two very happy customers at our address. We are even happier that our insurance company covers the costs. Thank you again Broadway Apothecary for making our lives so much more pain free!!
