Alteration Station was established in 1992. Since taking over ownership in 2000 we have been providing great customer service as well as unbeatable workmanship. Salim Karam, the owner has been in the tailoring field since arriving to Portland in 1990. His career as a custom tailor began in 1979. Went in looking only for a button for my pants and the woman there was extremely helpful. Took time searching around for one and even gave it to us for free. Should I ever need any alterations for my clothes I now know where I will go. Customer service here is A++
Quick work and serious
Do NOT get this place confused with A1 Alteration Station, which is further down the street. This is my go to place! She does an awesome job. I’ve had her do some complicated things too! Bringing some suits there today to be altered for a wedding.
