reception is often irritable, unhelpful and argumentative. i like my doctor well enough but reception makes it nearly impossible to receive care and often makes me feel like im inconveniencing them by making them do their jobs. i’ve been going here for over 10 years and it feels like the longer i stay the worse the care i receive. the only reason i stay is because finding a new doctor is a pain and as i said earlier, i like my doctor, i don’t want to switch doctors, i just wish reception would treat me like a human being.
We have top doctor Kennedy and staffs are very kind and professional .
