I wouldn’t even give this place a single star if I could. This building is absolutely terrible, and I regret ever considering moving in. The management is unprofessional and completely unhelpful—they don’t seem to care about the tenants at all. The living conditions are poor, and maintenance requests are ignored or take forever to get addressed. There’s no sense of accountability or communication. I applied for a unit a month ago and the application process has been nothing less than a series of screw-ups, negligence, and mistreatment by the leasing folks, most especially Rentysha Eaglin, the leasing "specialist". nUMEROUS Calls that went unreturned for days and weeks, a lost application, a double charge of the application fee, and online portals that simply take you nowhere.
