The breezeway was pressure washed today - so nice to look out my door and it is sparkling clean ! My requests are always met in a timely manner and above and beyond what is asked. I was there for 9 yrs it was good until about a year ago they started over charging on water bills readings didn’t match had a problem with neighbors kids management would not do anything about it cars where getting vandalized my new car got hit in parking lot of my building nothing was done no cameras on buildings not allowed to put cameras half the time could not park in front of your building couldn’t wait to get out of there that is just a few things Susan in the office I will,is but not Brianna she was not very nice to ... read more
Great facility complex, and great staff. I've lived here since 2013 and have enjoyed every minute of it, even to this very day. Susie, one of the staff members were here when I got here, she always greet one with a smile. She definitely knows her job and will get you in the right apartment complex of your choice. The monthly rent is most competitive with the surrounding area in High Point and with other nearby cities. They are fast for maintence! I love the office staff! Everytime I got a package (quite often) they were friendly and helped me as soon as possible! They also take the time to learn/recognize us! There are times that I get a slip in my mailbox that say I have a package when I really don't but they are happy to explain as much as they can as to why it happened! There are a few minor drawbacks (gates will sometimes not work for a long period of time) but it honestly doesn't bother me enough to want to move out. I reccomend this... read more
