The initial contact with AI was off putting. I did not want to give financials just to look at an apartment. I had given up making an appointment. Then Jackson called me and we set up a time to meet.
The decisions being made about resident amenities and common area energy use have become increasingly frustrating. Management removed previously available coffee cups and tea supplies while presenting the change as environmentally motivated. Yet residents have now seen the addition of a large LED advertising screen in the building window that operates 24/7, as well as a new refrigerated vending machine in the lobby that also requires continuous electricity.
