Enjoy living here, but I feel there’s some areas of growth that can be improved under new management. 1) One amenity residents used to have access to was the 24-hour coffee machine, which was especially helpful for those of us who work early mornings or graveyard shifts. It has now been restricted to office hours only (9AM–4PM, plus no access on Sunday’s since they’re closed that day) which unfortunately makes it inaccessible for many working residents. Quick in person tour gave me a feel for the place. Followed up for more details once I knew it was my number one.
Dan, the maintenance worker, is absolutely amazing! He responds promptly & always goes above & beyond to solve the issue. He’s so kind & always does such a great job. We wanted to tip him because he’s just that wonderful (he said he couldn’t accept) but he deserves the kudos & a raise! :-) Maintenance requests that we have submitted in the past that never really got fixed, he came in & took care of it the first time by being extra thorough.
