Wow. So here's the unprofessional response I received when I left the community after having SEVERAL roach problems. See the photos. They'll tell you all you need to know. What makes it worse is that after they failed to resolve the roach issue I had for well over a year in my unit they are trying to charge me $300 for a microwave that had a crack at the bottom. I have stayed in these apartments for 20 months. About a year ago I reported the bathroom faucet leaking. Months later after many repairs that did not fix the issue, they replaced the manifold. That was last Thursday. 5 days later they haven’t patched the hole.The apartments are cheaply made. The management staff is amazing and so is the maintenance staff. I recently put in a work order to have my kitchen track light bulb replaced and my dryer looked at it. I thought someone would be there on Monday and Bill came over on SATURDAY! Just in time for me to do laundry 😊 Bill is super nice and accommodating and knew exactly what to do. Since MG Properties took over as management there has been so many improvements and continue to be - making this an awesome place to call home ❤️
I love living here. It's been 7 months and whenever I have an issue they solve it right away. The entire team at the leasing offcie and maintanace crew are friendly and genuinely eager to help. They are CONSTANTLY doing domething to improve this place, which I think its awesome. I particulary LOVE - and use it a lot! - the gym, the pools and the leasing office.
