This is the first building I’ve ever lived in that doesn’t allow you in the common area after close (9am-6pm). Wish I would have known that before moving in but it wasn’t disclosed to me just like a list of other things weren’t, and to make things worse I was so excited to get to use the movie theatre, and that’s been broken since I’ve moved in (two months ago). I’ve asked the staff numerous times when it’ll be fixed and they have no idea. Beautiful complex, poor management.
Disappointed with amenity access hours I visited my friend who lives at Del Ola in Boca Raton. While the community looks nice at first glance, there’s a major inconvenience — all common areas (patio room, lobby, movie theater, etc.) close right after 6 PM, as soon as the leasing office closes. This happens because the amenities are located in the same building as the leasing office, and once staff leaves, residents lose access to everything. I currently live in this complex, and overall it’s a beautiful and well-maintained place — it truly feels like home. But unfortunately, there are a few things that really take away from the experience, especially after a long workday. The pool, patio, and lounge areas close at sunset, which in Florida happens quite early — even earlier in the winter months. This place has been run into the ground by current leadership and management. Neglected grounds, overgrown landscaping, dirty and slippery hallways, bathroom sinks clogged, no toilet paper, paper towels or soap stocked inside of them, horrible plague of millipedes, ants and they all gets inside because the doors don't fully seal. Elevators are also outside of compliance and a liability, yet you have no choice to use to get to the 5th floor.
