I cannot say enough amazing things about Alex, our Maintenance Manager here at Bozzuto. From the very first interaction, he has been nothing but respectful, kind, and professional. The community itself is really nice, but there are some frustrating parts like the amenities closing so early. On the bright side, I had an AC issue recently and Alex from maintenance came out the same day to get it working again. Really appreciate how fast and helpful he was.
I recently moved to Boca from out of state and am loving Del Ola. It offers a serene ambiance which transports you to Europe and everyone here is extremely friendly. Doug, Kim and Amanda from the management office are a pleasure to interact with. I look forward to upcoming resident events. My only feedback would be to extend the hours on the amenities in order to accommodate usage after getting home from work.
I visited my friend here for a housewarming and was really disappointed with the way this complex is managed. The building itself is nice, but the management is terrible. The common areas, including the beautiful lounge on the second floor near the lobby, were closed — even during the leasing office’s regular working hours on the weekend. The movie theater was also out of service, which was a big letdown. This is the first building I’ve ever lived in that doesn’t allow you in the common area after close (9am-6pm). Wish I would have known that before moving in but it wasn’t disclosed to me just like a list of other things weren’t, and to make things worse I was so excited to get to use the movie theatre, and that’s been broken since I’ve moved in (two months ago). I’ve asked the staff numerous times when it’ll be fixed and they have no idea. Beautiful complex, poor management.
