Nice office staff and some what responsive maintenance. poor upper management, poor communication and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

I understand the whole Covid 19 pandemic I work in a hospital but at the end of the day residents pay for services that aren’t being provided. The gyms and pools are closed when they opened back up I can deal with that but what I can’t deal with is the inconsistency of the front desk. The person I babysit for moved into the complex in June and has a attached garage they can’t even use. The key fob they were given does not work and the front desk told him until the pandemic was over it wouldn’t be fixed. He pays full price an... read more

Recently surfer a lot because of broken AC. Maintenance request completed with out attending and even refused to attend during emergency call at night. Still problem persists no response.
Nice place! I just read many posts of unsatisfied residents, haven’t experienced their problems and let’s hope I don’t.
We just moved here since past 5 days and have faced a host of maintenance /bug issues; with no quick resolution even after calling or writing to them/partners. The latest one is no hot water in the apartment since 1.5 days and the operator wants me to wait for the office to be opened even when I called at 10am. Pretty bad service!!! Bugs in the house!!!
Many break in issue people losing their valuables, unfortunately management do not care and refuse to install security cameras. After the break in happened to us we lived with fears of someone break in while our kids inside till we left before the end of the lease and we had to pay the rest of the lease. Worst place to live in.
Parking is horrendous and the staff is not helpful at all. Maintenance is nonexistent! You won’t see the major issues until you’ve signed the paperwork...
I always look forward to the New seasonal plantings at the entry way...Just put new flowers in yesterday and they look very nice now and will only get better! Thank you!
