I hope Sares Regis upper management sees this, because the leasing office at Instrata Little Italy is in desperate need of oversight. As a current resident, I have to echo the previous reviews written by Esteban and Мария (Maria). Of all the reviews, they're by far the most accurate, but honestly they just scratch the surface of what’s going wrong at Instrata. Just moved into Instrata Little Italy and I couldn’t be happier! Veronica made the entire process smooth and stress-free—she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind every step of the way. The location is unbeatable, with everything I need just steps away, and my apartment is beautiful—modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed. I already feel at home.
