We have lived here for about 2 years, there has been numerous pluming issues and the new management refuses to fix the water pipes. So now they shut off our water every Thursday. We are told to fill buckets of water and use a portable putty in the garage. Mind you rent is $4500/ month for 2 bedroom. Save yourself and go anywhere else, atleast you will have water and access to the toilet. What a disgraceful attempt at luxury living.
This is my second year living at Instrata and I love it here! The location is great, it's quiet, and I enjoy the amenities. The staff are all amazing as well - special shout out to Gaby and Marko, they are both so kind and helpful and always go above and beyond!!
Marko is the best! Always super timely and does an excellent job. We appreciate his attention to detail and ability to explain how he problem solves.
I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The staff in the leasing office have been nothing but kind, helpful, and responsive. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of, and I’ve always felt supported whenever I’ve needed assistance. Moved here this March. Best part is the front office, Gabby, Teresa, Izzy and the maintenance guy Marko. Love the team. Professional and friendly.
