If you try to escalate concerns, they stop responding. It feels like they just want you to give up.
The gym is laughable — two treadmills, one’s always out of order, and everything feels like it’s from a decade ago. Nothing luxury about it.
Easy to use and very effective. Would love to see more customization options in the next update!
Don’t get fooled by the “amenities.” They haven’t worked since I moved in. Tried asking staff about it — got an eye roll and a shrug. Never again.
