The management office experience here is honestly unacceptable. The woman with red hair is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily aggressive when speaking to residents. She gives the impression that helping people is an inconvenience to her. I have never experienced such poor customer service in a residential community before. No empathy, no patience, no willingness to assist — just attitude and disrespect. It creates a very unpleasant environment and reflects terribly on the condominium management. I have been living here for 5 years,and it has been great..Management is super,this place is being run right.Property manager Kim,and Laurette in the front office are amazing ,always willing to help..Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues......I have really enjoyed my time here.
The woman working in the leasing office was extremely rude, and we felt a significant level of disrespect during our visit. We came by at 5:04 PM to ask if there was any possibility of getting a tour or scheduling an appointment. At the temporary office in Unit 108, nobody opened the door for quite a while. I had a terrible experience with the service at this condominium. I scheduled a time to tour the apartment, but the lady who assisted us was awful. My husband and I were looking for an apartment with a garage, and we told this to the lady who assisted us. She constantly belittled our garage request, asking what we wanted a garage for, what we would do there, and even what kind of car we have that makes us want a garage so badly.
