I don’t write reviews often, but The Preserve Cypress Hammock - and especially the leasing agent I worked with, Cristiana - absolutely deserve one. She made what could have been a stressful application process feel easy. Cristiana was kind, responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The management office experience here is honestly unacceptable. The woman with red hair is incredibly rude, unprofessional, we are here to take a new lease but she didn't consider as a new resident, no respect, no polite talk, I'm planning to be future resident but with this attitude we can't move there that behavior is unacceptable.
