Victor the maintenance guy is great. That said the front desk staff is lacking and would rather secure a new lease than remain on the phone to help an actual resident. My negative review stems from a recent incident where a toilet overflowed while we were not home. The complex blamed us stating that we flushed something we should not have. We cannot PROVE that it isn't our fault, so we are out of luck. They will not take any responsibility nor work with us on lowering the price or providing payment options. I am a homeowner in between a sale and a purchase and chose to live here for a short six months. It was the best choice. I love the quiet atmosphere, the staff is awesome, the location is amazing. If it wasn’t for my family wanting a house, I would be happy to just continue to rent and live here.
I lived here about three years ago and moved in again because the entire staff is super nice. They always reply to emails extremely quick! I've lived in other apartments and have never had the service I have with these folks. I love what they've done with parking now (as opposed to three years ago) because it creates a safer environment for everyone! :)
