I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. I moved into these apartments back in 2020. So I feel like I can honestly give the best review. 1. The hall ways are disgusting. People would leave their trash outside all day everyday. Even if the office sent out emails saying not to. But the office wouldn’t do anything about it. Very disorganized place. I scheduled a tour online last week. They call me an hour before hand to tell me they actually don’t have any units for me to tour at all. So I reschedule for the following week confirm date and time with someone on the phone. I show up and they tell me they aren’t available as they have a scheduled training. Please do not move here. I've been here for a year and a half, I only decided to renew my lease because they were going to new management and I thought things would get better, but things have only gotten worse. I have submitted almost 20 maintenance requests during my time here and each request takes more than 2 months to even be acknowledged despite me going to the office to request a status update. Moved in end of May, and currently going 2 months in and so far has been subpar. Maintenance seems like they have no interest or experience in their jobs, the make ready was not done when we moved in.
