Good luck getting decent service here. I took a tour of this place yesterday with a woman named Keila (according to the paper she gave me since she didn’t actually give me her name) and was treated like I was an inconvenience and as if I was not welcome there. I also tried to call back to talk to the manager about how I was treated and how as a Transgender woman I felt like I was being discriminated against. After they changed entire staff people, they became worst management ever. Trust me, you don't want to be here or move here. Woman who's working at the office, she never smile. Never. New Manager named Jeramie (Black guy) is not good either. They are not gonna communicate to you and pretend didn't see anything like email even text messages. Once you became resident, they gonna ignore you as best as they can. Stay Away.
As you can see from the one star reviews this place needs major change when it comes to policies, procedures and communication. I'm 44 and have lived in different places throughout the country and this has got to be the most unprofessional and SLOPPY place I have ever resided in.
