I've seen 15-20 managers come and go in ten yrs. Lost my rent check a few times. Took maintenance more than two weeks to fix AC, ten days after calling BOOM! Heatwave! So embarrassing that a Uber driver let me and the family come over and hang out in his garage (air conditioned) at night. PLEASE READ!!!!! It took them over a month to fix our AC. We called the office and left messages multiple times with no returned calls. Went into the office multiple times only for them to lie to me about already fixing the AC, I know they were lying because when we gave our 30 day notice saying we will not be renewing our lease and we also would not be paying our last months rent due to the AC not being fixed for over a month with 90 degree weather, they asked to see our key so they could make a copy in order to get into th... read more

BEWARE!!! This company rented me a broken down apartment with old, worn down carpet (after I signed the lease, of course) and when I moved out, they actually charged me $600 to REPLACE the carpet. Now here comes the fun part: They then proceeded to mail me a bill to the address I moved out of and when I obviously didn't get the bill, they sent it to collections! NO PHONE CALL, NOTHING.
