I had a wonderful experience with Meadow during the apartment tour. From the very first moment, her kindness and warmth made me feel very welcome. Not only was she extremely professional, but she also took the time to understand my needs and answered all my questions patiently. Her knowledge about the properties and the area was impressive. I would definitely recommend Meadow to anyone looking for a new home! Thank you for making this process so enjoyable!
Update from previous review now that I’ve left: I spent 5 years here and though there was a hiccup, it was overall a pleasant stay. Management is responsive. The building is well kept and issues are promptly addressed. ——- Would get a higher rating if management is more understanding toward a long term tenant instead of letting them pay $500 to get their car back because of sth outside of their control
Parking is a nightmare if you want guest to come over FORGET IT ! Residence park on the street which should be for guest- I’ve called the office they said they would send out an email NOTTA!! The girl in the office said she would call me back on this and never did. There are a few spots in the garage they could control that but NOPE! . Coming out of the garage is a DEATH TRAP , yesterday someone was hit by a car RIDING THEIR BIKE!!!!!!!!debris still on the street last week I called to see if maybe someone could clean up all... read more
It’s going on 2yrs of living at 5151 and I have absolutely loved my experience. From the incredible maintenance staff/leasing office team to the safety and comfortability of living here. I have made tons of friends with the residents and truly feel supported by the community when I’ve needed help at times. I’ve had 0 issues! It’s quiet, cozy, and has pretty amenities. I’ve fallen so in love with my studio apt and have been able to enjoy the Kaboomtown fireworks & have caught some incredible sunsets.
