Personal experience, the management is so unorginized. I worked for only a month and it took 2 months to fix short pay and i still havent had any update on it. Update: its been 6 months and i finally got my fixed pay!

Care wise the residents only get the care the aide gives them. It all depends on who is taking care of them if they are in good hands. BUT that's no matter where you go or who you use. Work wise I've never had that type of experience in the 20yrs I've worked. I love my job and the residents. Elmcroft has done so much for the building and they deserve to have GREAT staff 24.7. Then the Building will be able to grow and Elmcroft could be bigger than any other senior living places in Bridgeville, Pittsburgh....
