We stayed at Lookout at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs for three months. We were four Spanish students/workers participating in a temporary program in the United States, and before moving in, we were required to pay a $2,500 security deposit. When we moved out, we left the apartment spotless. The staff inspected it in person and told us everything looked great and that we would receive our full security deposit back. This complex is single-handedly the worst apartment complex I have ever had the displeasure of living. To begin, the tenant support is subpar at best. The complex utilizes an AI assistant that provides incorrect information, that the tenant then bears the responsibility of solving. I had multiple occasions in my time here where I was inconvenienced due to the complex. The leasing office is always closed. You can't reach an actual human if you call for maintenance emergencies. In the winter the heat didn't work, now in the summer the AC is not working. We don't have access to the gym. UPDATE.(6/26/25) They came to "fix" the hot water pipes today and now my shower or sinks don't work.. Also I went to the leasing office last week abd they had a sign on the door saying they were closed and I could see the lady sitting at her desk 🫠 Update 7/17/26 this is the SECOND time in 5 months that this... read more

I had many problems here. The so-called keyless entries never worked if the office wi-fi is out. Trash everywhere. All the foreigners that work at the Broadmoor have electric scooters and bikes, they are very careless with them in and out of the buildings. The ConAm managers never had the office unlocked nor were they ever there. I could not give my 60 day move out notice so I am in collections for over $3K because no one would answer my emails, calls or answer the knock on the office door.
