Signed all the leasing documents and management refuses to return calls. Move-in date is next week but they won't give us any information on setting up utilities or anything. I've been attempting to contact them in every way manageable for a week. Nothing.
I only lived here for about 6 months but Jess is extremely helpful and super responsive. She has always gotten back to me within the hour of reaching out to her which is amazing. The maintenance workers are also very respectful and efficient!
