WORST STORAGE EXPERIENCE EVER – MICE, LIES, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY I’m beyond disgusted with Broadmoor Self Storage. I trusted them to store my belongings safely, and what I got was a nightmare. When I came back to get my stuff, everything was COVERED in mouse poop. Furniture, boxes, clothes — all of it. It was so bad that some things couldn’t even be salvaged. It’s a storage location that stores the stuff that you put in it! HOURS! Closes at 10 and cannot get back in until 6am. That’s a pain I the butt when you are moving and need to drop off a load and get back to reload. So ya just have to plan accordingly.

Very very nice & clean climate controlled storage... Management awesome to work with. Very happy with this storage facility, no complaints. Had 2 units for 2 years.

I have had NO issues. It’s gated and safe. Clean. Well built no water leaks. Safe. And even when I needed to end one of my units contracts it was easy and not stressful.
