It is with extreme disappointment and anger that I have to share my experience with you about Broadmoor Plantation apartments located in Baton Rouge, La. First off, I chose this complex for my housing needs due to its general location to the Baton Rouge downtown area and the convenience of dropping my young daughter to daycare. I moved away from Broadmoor Plantation Apartments December 2017. The manager Michelle assured me that we were ok. Our lease was over, we gave notice, and the apartment was already re-rented for the 12th of January 2018. We moved over to a new apartment, and 3 weeks later got a bill. I went as far as calling the management company, only to be advised that they make it a practice of telling tenants that their apartment has been re-rented. I wouldn't give this place any stars because I once lived there... at first I was under the impression that the management was very nice people but after a situation happened I found out there true color!!! They were very mean and hateful people!!! They even work together with other workers to hurt me and try to make me look bad!!! But to God be the glory and he never sleep .... I have a house and me and my baby are doing great!!!
