I had a dental implant done by Dr. Goodman 12/2023 that was a problem from the beginning. I was initially too large and broke immediately. It was filed down and reshaped while in my mouth rather than replaced. I have had multiple disagreements with billing and my insurance company recently. I had a discrepancy of a $130. I used to really appreciate Broadmoor Dental. Over the years, the quality has slipped. The staff, being vaccinated, don't seem to take COVID very seriously any more, even though most of us remain unvaccinated. Masks were off at the front desk. A simple mask was used (and slipped below the nose) of my hygienist. Dental students were preforming tasks that never hurt when done by licensed hygienists, but have caused considerable discomfort since my visit. I'm looking for a new dentist.

All my 10+ years with Dr. Nicolas Pruett and Broadmoor Dental, I was delighted to come to them, as my friends, every time. Dentist, improving your mood? There is only one: Dr. Pruett! I warmly recommend!
